Return & Refund Policy

All Foxglove & Raven products are handmade with intention and care. Due to the handmade nature of our items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost — we just ask that you return the damaged item to us. Return shipping instructions will be provided at the time of your claim.

Altar Broom Guarantee Our handmade altar brooms come with a 2-year craftsmanship guarantee. If your broom falls apart within 2 years of purchase, we'll replace it! You only need to pay shipping. To make a claim, contact us with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll get back to you with any questions for the replacement and make a new one just for you.
